Deep Clean
In order to assess the condition of your roof, we first have to perform a deep clean. Pro Coat will complete a high pressure (+3000psi) clean of your roof to remove all dirt, mould and stains. Next we spray a mould treatment to kill any remaining mould spores so they won’t affect the integrity of the prime coat.

Condition Report
The 2nd Stage is to perform a comprehensive inspection of your roof condition. This includes understanding the age and integrity of the roof sheeting/tiles, assessing for leaks, faulty pointing, rusted screws, and cracked tiles.

Repair & Replace
The 3rd Stage is to replace any cracked tiles and repair loose or cracked pointing. For metal roofs we replace any rusted roof screws and old cracked silicon seals

Primer Coat
Once the roof surface is cleaned, and repaired it is now time to prime and seal. This stage seals the tiles so they have minimal porosity and allows for maximum adhesion of the topcoat.

Top Coats
The Final Stage is the most exciting as you watch your roof transform from old and faded to new and amazing. Using the highest quality Australian made roof membrane, Pro Coat apply 2x top coats for maximum thickness and longevity
